We're partnering with our client, an established manufacturing organization that's investing in its future and looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a close-knit accounting team. What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash applications, and transactional accounting activities.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes across multiple business divisions.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow efficiencies.
• Monitor team performance through reporting and key metrics.
• Ensure accurate sales and use tax processing and compliance.
• Partner with leaders across multiple business units to support financial operations.
• Assist with annual audit preparation and other accounting projects.

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience within a multi-division manufacturing environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong ERP experience (IFS is a plus).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A stable work history demonstrating long-term commitment and career progression.
