What You'll Do

• Support the month-end close process across multiple entities.
• Perform cash management activities, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
• Review financial data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the Controller and CFO on accounting projects and process improvements.
• Provide support in other accounting functions as business needs evolve.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and organize financial information.

What They're Looking For

• Experience as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or similar accounting role.
• Strong experience with cash management and month-end close activities.
• Experience working in a multi-entity accounting environment is highly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable and willing to assist wherever needed within the accounting team.
• Degree in Accounting is welcome but not required.
• Property management or real estate accounting experience is a plus but not required.
