Freelance Finance Managers (Talent Pool)

We are seeking experienced Finance Managers to join our network of freelance professionals for interim project-based engagements. Ideal candidates will be self-employed, operate their own business, or work as independent contractors, with the flexibility to support clients across different time zones and sectors.

Our projects typically involve working with international businesses in need of short- to medium-term financial leadership, reporting support, or transitional finance management.

Key responsibilities

•   Lead and manage financial operations for client organisations during critical periods (e.g. growth, restructuring or transition)

•   Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and financial models

•   Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports

•   Oversee compliance with financial regulations and standards (e.g. UK GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS)

•   Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and internal stakeholders

•   Provide strategic advice to clients on financial planning, risk and performance improvement

•   Support ERP implementation, financial process improvement or internal controls enhancement
