Finance Manager, Global Supply Chain

Manger, Worldwide Engineering – Global Operations & Quality Finance. This position owns financial planning and forecasting of Global Operations & Quality Worldwide Engineering (WWE) group that supports new product development, efficiency improvement projects, and new technology implementation for current portfolio. The role will partner with stakeholders at all levels to provide decision support for key strategies, identify risk, and drive value for the business. How you’ll make an impact: Finance leader for WWE planning and reporting working closely with stakeholders on these processes Coordinate AOP, Strat Plan, and monthly Forecast with the business and prepare related presentations for management review Develop meaningful presentations of financial data and analyses to communicate financial results, recommendations and insights to WWE leadership Provide management decision support through high quality, focused financial reporting and analysis, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks, and modeling of freight & distribution expenses Track and report headcount and facilitate monthly review highlight Continue to drive process improvement and ensure consistency in Freight & Distribution Financial Planning, Reporting and Accounting across the Regions Support cross functional teams with various ad hoc requests What you'll need (Required): Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics Minimum of eight years’ experience in finance or accounting required (or six years with a Masters) What else we look for (Preferred): CPA/MBA Financial Planning & Analysis experience in a business unit or Supply Chain Proficiency in the use of OneStream and JDE MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel, database tools (e.g. QlikView, I360) Strong communication skills with exposure to various levels of management Ability to quickly learn and ramp up on various functional and project assignments Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills Deadline and results driven, high focus on timely and accurate reporting Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines Highly adaptable, flexible and customer service focused Proactive with an aptitude for problem solving and process improvement Good business acumen and solid understanding of GAAP Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $105,000 to $148,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
