What You'll DoFinance & Product Sales:

Present financing options and protection products to customers.
Help customers make informed decisions with a transparent finance menu.
Secure lender approvals and process finance transactions.
Achieve finance and product sales goals.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company requirements.

Customer Experience:

Deliver a professional, transparent, and memorable buying experience.
Build long-term customer loyalty.
Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction scores.

Dealer & Team Support:

Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
Train Sales Consultants on finance and insurance processes.
Support dealership operations and leadership as needed.
Assist in managing the sales department when the Store Manager is unavailable.

What We're Looking ForExperience:

3+ years of automotive finance or automotive sales experience.
Proven success selling finance and insurance products.
Strong history of product penetration, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance processes.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Computer and internet proficiency.
Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude.
Professional appearance and follow-through.

Education & Requirements:

High School Diploma required.
College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Valid driver's license required.
