FP&A Manager

Role Summary

Join an ambitious international video game studio developing one of Europe’s largest AAA projects. You’ll help build the financial backbone supporting hundreds of talented professionals across several countries. We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to become the company’s reference point for budget tracking, financial analysis and cost control across the studio, while contributing to the strategic steering of the business. Reporting directly to the Finance Department, you will work closely with Finance, Production and Studio teams, in a fast-growing international environment. This role combines hands-on financial operations with strategic financial analysis. From ensuring the quality of financial data to delivering executive reporting, your work will directly support the company’s growth and decision-making.

Core Mandate (3 main missions)

• Own the budgeting and forecasting process: build, consolidate and monitor project and departmental budgets, and produce regular financial reporting

• Act as a financial business partner to Production, Studio and Executive teams: track project costs, analyse variances, and provide strategic insights to support company steering and decision-making. Participate in financial modelling, business planning and strategic analyses supporting Executive Management and key corporate projects

• Improve financial processes and tools: contribute to the development of management reporting, cost controls and internal financial procedures

Success Criteria (What are we expecting from this person in the next months)

• Budgets and forecasts are reliable, up to date, and delivered on time

• Variance analysis is produced on a regular basis and shared with stakeholders

• Financial reporting tools and processes are documented and continuously improved

• The person is recognised as a trusted finance business partner across the studio

  Key information

• Permanent contract (CDI) – 4-month probation period, renewable once
