Reports To: SVP of Financial Strategy
Location: Onsite - Fort Wayne Corporate

Pay - $51,250/yr - $112,750/yr
Note - The salary for this position is based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and industry standards. The top of the posted pay range reflects compensation for candidates with a similar title, performing comparable duties within a similar industry, and possessing 12 or more years of experience. Actual compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications.
Variable Incentive Pay / Merit: This position is eligible for variable incentive pay based on individual and credit union performance. In addition, the position is also eligible for merit-based pay adjustments after the completion of one year of service, based on personal performance.
Position Summary
The Financial Analyst supports informed business and financial decision-making by providing financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and business case support. Partners with leaders across the organization to analyze financial performance, identify trends, develop financial models, and provide actionable insights that support strategic planning and operational priorities. Maintains financial data integrity, prepares meaningful reporting, and continuously improves analytical processes that strengthen financial stewardship and organizational performance.
Knowledge Requirements
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, financial reporting tools, and business intelligence software.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate financial information effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required.
- Typically 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, business analytics, or a related role.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or business intelligence tools preferred.
- Financial services or credit union experience preferred.
