The Financial Analyst supports the organization's financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes by maintaining financial models, preparing recurring reporting, assisting with forecasting activities, and providing analytical support across multiple business units. Working closely with the FP&A Lead and Senior Financial Analyst, this role develops foundational FP&A skills while supporting planning, reporting, and decision-making across franchise and venue operations.Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role Exposure to planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes Strong proficiency in Excel Experience with financial planning systems preferred Experience in multi-entity or complex operating environments preferred
What You’ll Do:
Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activities. Support and execute the annual planning process, including coordination of inputs, development of templates, and consolidation of results. Assist in the development and maintenance of short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, including liquidity projections and scenario-based planning to support financial and capital decision-making. Maintain financial models, reporting templates, and planning systems while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms. Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure alignment between actual cash activity, reporting, and forward-looking projections. Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automate recurring processes, and enhance financial visibility through reporting tools and business intelligence platforms.
Physical Requirements
Constantly operates a computer and standard office equipment to perform financial analysis and reporting. Frequently communicates with team members and stakeholders in meetings and presentations. Frequently remains in a stationary position for extended periods while performing job duties. Occasionally moves about the office and lifts or moves items up to 10 pounds.
