Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Financial analysis and valuations of properties, including:
  • Rent roll analysis
  • Operating statement analysis
  • Financing analysis
  • Cash flow analysis
•  Assist in the development of marketing proposals, brochures and offering memorandums,
• including:
  Writing, editing, and updating marketing investment highlights, property descriptions,
  market overviews, rent and sales comparable summaries, etc.
• Photographs of properties and labeling of aerials
• Perform market surveys including property visits and extensive conversations with leasing & property
  management staff.
•  Manage sales comparables tracking throughout Northern California with a focus on 50+ unit
  transactions in the nine-county Bay Area and 100+ unit transactions in Sacramento County.
• Track construction development in the Bay Area, specifically working with city planning and
  local developers to determine the status of various development projects.
• Support active transactions, including responding to buyer questions and updating underwriting as
  new information becomes available.
• Assess, photograph and understand all retail, entertainment, employment, leasing and housing
  surrounding proposed and listed properties.
•  Travel throughout Northern California is expected. Mileage will be reimbursed.

Qualifications:

 The following are the knowledge, skills and/or abilities preferred or required to
perform this job.

Education and/or Experience:

• B.A./B.S. in Business or Real Estate is preferred
•  Proficiency with Microsoft O􀆯ice, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
•  Familiarity with AI tools
•  Real estate knowledge or experience is preferred
•  California Real Estate License is preferred
