Title: Financial Analyst II Location: Hybrid. 2-4 days in the Ashburn Office.   Position Summary: The Data Analyst will play a critical role in operational decision making. This position bridges the gap between our NetSuite Data Administrative team, and our finance and accounting team by ensuring that data is translated, managed, and organized in a way that allows for timely financial reporting and insights. The Data Analyst will be tasked with managing a seamless connection between our reporting platform, DataRails, and other systems of record such as our ERP and HRIS. It will involve managing the DataRails environment, which may include mapping and maintaining individual data sets and upholding the environment as new data is added, identifying ways to more efficiently map data and/or bring things into the data environment, running calculations, creating visualizations/dashboards that answer our key business questions, building and managing budgeting templates, and rolling forward forecasts. These efforts will have a direct impact on upper-level decision making and will be instrumental in our business’s growth. This individual will sit in our Finance department and will report to the Director/VP of Strategic Finance and Corporate Development.   1. 4-5 years of professional work experience
  2. 2-3 years of DataRails experience; 1-2 years of business analytics experience is acceptable
  3. Strong excel skills
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge of financial modeling and accounting, and financial reporting experience is desired, but not required.
