Accelerate your career growth in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment where your analytical skills and business acumen make a direct impact.Responsibilities- Drive monthly financial close activities, accruals, and forecasting for Brands Commercial expenses- Analyze P&L and Balance Sheet forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness- Partner with department leads, Human Resources, and FP&A teams to manage quarterly headcount and payroll forecasts- Review, reconcile, and report on actual results, identifying variances and providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders- Approve PO coding, maintain commitment logs, and ensure appropriate accrual entries- Respond to routine and ad hoc requests for financial information, meeting all deadlines- Support internal audit processes with precise, timely documentation- Deliver business support and financial guidance while upholding internal controls and policies- Train non-financial partners on finance concepts and terminology to drive business understanding- Prepare supporting documentation for monthly and quarterly forecast updatesRequired Skills and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance- Minimum 2 years’ experience in GAAP, financial planning, accounting, financial systems- Proficient in Excel- Strong accounting, analytical, and financial skills- Excellent time management, organization, and communication abilities- Ability to interpret data and provide clear business recommendations- Experience working in a virtual or hybrid team environmentPreferred Skills- Experience with SAP, Onestream, or HyperionBenefits- Career advancement opportunities within a reputable organization- Collaborative, supportive, and compliance-driven work environment- Exposure to cross-functional teams and senior leadership- Professional development and training opportunitiesHow to ApplyReady to take the next step in your finance career?
