The Financial Analyst supports business operations and business development through data analysis, process improvement, inventory development/tracking, presentation support and project coordination. This role reports to stakeholders of the specialized business unit to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, improve business processes, maintain data integrity, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making/prospect development. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update a centralized database of client statistics, track & record news, organizational changes, and other information to support the specialized business unit.
- Provide accurate, client-ready data/information/insights to support client meetings and/or new business pursuits across the business unit on an as-needed basis.
- Analyze business processes and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance service levels.
- Gather, maintain, and analyze business data to provide meaningful insights and reporting.
- Develop and distribute reports, dashboards, presentations, and other business intelligence tools.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives across teams and functions.
- Troubleshoot operational and system-related issues and assist with implementation of solutions.
- Create and maintain a dynamic inventory system of available opportunities in the marketplace.
- Learn financial modeling of buy, sell, and leasing transactions.
- Support business leads throughout transaction lifecycle via prospect identification, client contracting, RFP process, modeling, contract negotiation, transaction closeout.
- Network with developers, owners, brokers and prospective clients for new business opportunities and marketplace knowledge.
- Attend prospect meetings, take detailed notes, and provide comprehensive recaps to the team.
- Organize and update the team’s “Top 100” prospect list.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Active Texas Real Estate License
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills including but not limited to prospecting, presentation, dispute resolution and fostering client relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in building AI tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
