Drive business performance as a Financial Analyst Associate by delivering actionable financial and strategic insights through rigorous analysis, tracking key metrics, and partnering closely with business leaders.What You'll Do:
- Maintains and delivers monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports and analysis and ensures the accuracy of the information
- Performs specific ad hoc analysis of financial and operational data for trends and variances and presents findings to finance management
- Uses historical trend information to create projections used for the budgeting or forecasting processes
- Follow established processes to maintain large data files from disparate data sources for data mining, analysis, and research projects
- Works collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related area
- Knowledge of finance, economic, and accounting principles, including financial statements, basic valuation concepts, and financial data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data, solve problems, and work with large datasets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to identify issues, analyze information, and develop practical solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
