Job Description Summary This role is responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting for KTC, with a strong focus on operational cash flow management, billing/collections, and financial forecasting. The position partners closely with business leaders and functional teams across the Gulf region to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and support for profitability initiatives. Job Description Key Responsibilities Cash & Billing Management: Manage operational cash flow, billings (internal/external), collections, past due tracking, and bank reconciliations Planning & Forecasting: Prepare 3-year business plans, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with business leaders; conduct pacing and early-read analysis Performance Analysis: Analyze profitability and cash generation performance, propose corrective action plans, and support cost-out/productivity initiatives Reporting: Provide P&L and corporate reporting, monitor variances, and report discrepancies to CPM and PFM teams Project & Governance: Monitor PMX projects, review/approve EV project markups, track unbilled projects (WIP/ECA), and coordinate PMX upside allocation via Unify Compliance & Close: Perform balance sheet reconciliations across three countries per GE and Kuwaiti governance standards; manage month-end/quarter-end close activities Statutory & Stakeholder Engagement: Support statutory filings (GEGS & GEII); participate in weekly SOF management calls and liaise with GE Treasury and Gas Power FP&A teams Reports/Coordinates with: CPM team, PFM team, Alpha team, Statutory team, Gas Power FP&A team, GE Treasury. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role Advanced technical skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint to analyze information to build reports and presentation Strong communication skills in Arabic & English, both verbal and written Desired Characteristics Master degree in accounting Clear thinking / problem solving: able to partner in cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function; grasp new ideas quickly and retrieves insights from a great amount of data. Strong Strategic Thinking / Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions; confidence to approach business leaders to communicate in moments of conflict and defend positions to secure business objectives while driving financial targets Able to anticipate, identify, propose, and resolve complex financial issues. Demonstrated business acumen & project management skills. Strong leadership, technical and change agent skills. Strong facilitation skills. Interpersonal, supportive and responsive skill Strong prior experience in commercial Finance and/or in the energy industry. Demonstrated team management ability in matrix environment.
