Finance Manager, NA Supply Chain Execution Finance

Amazon's North American fulfillment network moves 40 billion units annually through Cross Docks, Distribution Centers, and Fulfillment Centers, and the financial decisions that shape this flow directly determine whether customers get faster delivery at lower cost to serve. We are seeking a Finance Manager to own the financial narrative for a critical domain within our Supply Chain Execution Finance team.In this role, you will serve as the trusted finance partner to Supply Chain Execution leaders, providing controllership and strategic insight across inbound and outbound planning. You will translate operational complexity into clear financial narratives that drive VP-level decisions. The scope is unique: from billion-dollar network cost optimization to weekly execution accountability, you will operate with significant autonomy in a highly ambiguous, cross-organizational environment.Key job responsibilities1) Serve as the primary finance partner to S&OP leaders responsible for network planning, building deep working relationships across SCOT, NACF Operations, Network Design, Field Finance, and Science to drive end-to-end optimization2) Own end-to-end financial controllership for assigned planning systems (e.g., True North, F2P, WTPSS, Skippy), ensuring cost inputs are accurate, current, and driving optimal network outcomes3) Lead financial planning across OP1, OP2, and QxG cycles, aligning cross-functional assumptions and preparing Director/VP-level narratives and bridges4) Deliver trade-off analyses and variance deep dives through weekly WBR/MBR support that directly inform execution decisions, helping leaders weigh customer experience against cost to serve5) Identify, validate, and track cost savings opportunities across the inbound and outbound network, building entitlement cases and holding organizations accountable to committed plans5) Influence outcomes across 4+ partner organizations without direct authority, using data, relationships, and mechanisms to drive alignment6) Champion AI and automation adoption to accelerate analysis, reduce manual effort, and continuously explore new ways to deliver insights faster- 5+ years of finance work with progressively increasing levels of responsibility experience- Bachelor's degree- Experience in a leadership position managing finance, accounting and operational processes- Experience driving End to End inbound supply chain operations, Fulfillment Center, or cross-organisational finance initiativesAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
