Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate equipment inventory across accounting records and profitability tools
- Assess equipment ROI and recommend actions for low or negative returns
- Track and monitor service collections performance
- Build financial acumen in the field and drive performance accountability
- Translate key business metrics into actionable insights for Market Unit leaders
- Coach and develop team members to improve impact and readiness for future roles
- Travel up to 20% within assigned geography
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
