ABOUT THE ROLE

The DOT Enterprise Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company's fleet and transportation operations comply with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. This role will oversee all aspects of DOT and FMCSA compliance, including driver qualifications, hours of service (HOS), vehicle maintenance, inspections, safety standards, and record-keeping. The DOT Compliance Manager will play a critical role in maintaining the company�s safety performance and mitigating regulatory and financial risks related to transportation activities and oversee the Wells, MN plant safety program. The DOT Enterprise Compliance Manager will report to the DOT & EHS Compliance Director.

We�re looking for a safety-focused compliance professional who has extensive experience managing DOT and FMCSA programs in a manufacturing, construction, or transportation environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at partnering with operations teams to drive regulatory compliance, improve safety performance, and reduce organizational risk.
