A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Document Controller at Power Solutions, you will partner with other team members and various Engineering disciplines to review engineering changes for accuracy and compliance with procedures. The workload is demand related with frequent adjustments to the schedule in response to internal and external customer needs. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor of Document Control. You Will Make an Impact By: Managing Engineering Change Requests, Engineering Change Orders, Temporary Deviation Notices, Manufacturing Change Orders, and Special Product Request (SPR). Collaborating with engineering, quality, and compliance teams to ensure document accuracy and compliance to established procedures. Assisting engineer to create new MKS Design and off-the-shelf part numbers in current Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) tool. Creating new Manufacturer/Manufacturer Part combination, download and attach manufacturer data sheets, and if available, download manufacturer CAD models. Identifying and escalate issues to your supervisor when necessary. Travel Requirements: Up to 10% of Travel is required. Using Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio. Skills You Bring: Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred 2+ years of related experience Organizational Skills Attention to detail Accuracy and quality focus Prioritization and workload management Record-keeping discipline Time management Ability to manage multiple document projects simultaneously Communication Skills Written communication Technical writing and editing Stakeholder coordination Training and coaching users on document processes Cross-functional collaboration Professional communication with auditors and regulatory bodies Preferred Skills: Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio. Experience using PLM or other document management system. Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Ability to remain in a stationary position for 90% of the time Operates in a professional office and/or manufacturing environment Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery Noise level in the work environment is usually average Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $16.26 - 27.10 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role. Bonus : This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
