Job Responsibilities: Join the Finance team of a modern automotive manufacturing company. We are looking for a Financial Controller who will support financial planning, cost controlling, reporting, and business decision-making through accurate financial analysis and insights. What will you be responsible for? Preparing and analyzing regular financial and management reports. Monitoring inventory levels and related financial indicators.Supporting the implementation and enhancement of SAP Controlling (CO) processes. Performing profitability analyses of products, projects, and operations. Participating in the preparation of business plans, forecasts, and quarterly budgets. Analyzing variances against budget and identifying improvement opportunities. Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and controls. Preparing ad-hoc analyses and management reports. Cooperating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and cost performance. What are we looking for? University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Experience in Finance, Controlling, Audit, or a similar area. Fluent Slovak and English, both written and spoken. Advanced MS Excel skills.SAP knowledge is considered an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights. Good communication and presentation skills. Proactive and self-driven approach. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. It will be an advantage if you have: Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment. Experience with SAP CO module implementation or support. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Salary Starting from €1,700 gross per month. The final compensation package will reflect the successful candidate's experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
