We are currently hiring for a temporary Coordinator, Accounts Payable in our Finance Department. 

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely payment of acceptable invoices for all general goods and services provided to or received by the TTC through direct shipment or warehouse deliveries.  Ensuring all taxes, discounts and credits/debit memos are appropriately applied to invoice information and payments; and reviewing any special charges to ensure the appropriateness and that the charge is properly accounted for. Assist with the monitoring, tracking and updating of information/data/records, ensuring accuracy and following up as required.

As well, process or assist with the processing of documentation, reports, data, with accuracy, and manage and maintain these documents, records, files, following established procedures and within established timelines. Prepare and/or assist with the preparation of correspondence and/or documentation on behalf of the department/section in accordance with department/section standards.
