CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows: Visually inspect product for degree of cook desired and adjusts Final Cook Control to insure proper cook. Grades product according to quality specifications. Maintain proper degree of cook. Maintain good housekeeping in work area. Sanitize equipment, as needed. May assist in departmental cleanup as required. Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor. Noise level is loud in the production area and hearing protection is always required. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Vision requirement should be at least 20/40 for near and far vision.
