Manager-Controller

This is a Manager, Controller role in IC & Opex COE team within Global Financial Operations in Record to Report controllership, India. The position will be responsible for managing accounting for Operating Expenses for non-technology BU’s, colleague expenses including AIA accruals, LTIA accruals etc. The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring control & compliance across Opex accounting processes in addition to driving Gen AI adoption. Whilst the primary focus of the role is to maintain financial integrity through robust controls in the manual accounting space, ensuring policy compliance and driving improvement and automation in manual processes, the incumbent is also required to demonstrate strong control mindset and drive meaningful and actionable data insights. In this position, the incumbent will have an extensive engagement with varied business groups including finance and non-finance teams and would require good understanding of US GAAP requirements. The incumbent is required to maintain a qualitative control environment and partner to enhance governance around the existing accounting processes along with standardization. The incumbent would manage a diverse team of accounting subject matter experts and is required to create, develop, train, motivate and communicate with a diverse work force.
