The Opportunity

Olson Precast is seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting operations and serve as a trusted financial partner to company leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership, developing teams, and making a meaningful impact within a well-established, close-knit organization. The Controller will oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, inventory, AP/AR, and month-end close while managing a lean accounting team. The role also includes oversight of certain HR and compliance functions, offering broad exposure to business operations and opportunities to improve systems and processes.
