JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is an award winning, luxury custom home builder with offices in Greenville, SC and Asheville, NC. Recognized for their crisp, modern designs, combined indoor and outdoor living and gorgeous architecture.
If you have at least 5 years of experience as a controller, have construction experience, and are a detail-oriented, multi-tasker, then this opportunity is for you. If you enjoy the challenge of all things accounting, planning, and building relationships with homeowners, contractors, and employees this is the opportunity for you.
As the Controller, you’ll play a meaningful role in the building of luxury custom homes. You’ll create and maintain all financial statements, manage accounts receivable / payable, coordinate with banks and clients on financing, oversee all project budgets, and facilitate HR functions for the company. You’ll have a chance to work with the Sales staff, Construction Managers, Project Coordinators, and Purchasing managers. You’ll enjoy a dynamic, challenging and rewarding experience delivering some of the most beautiful homes in the area.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of experience with demonstrated successive increases in responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to execute processes with collaboration and thorough communication.
- A love for detail--the ability to manage large volumes of information.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent asks and ensure the information systems remain current.
- Self-starter – once you understand the role – get things done.
