Your role:

Are you looking for the next step in your finance career?
We are seeking a Financial Controller who will take on the site controller responsibilities for our manufacturing facility in Huningue. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with solid controlling experience in manufacturing who wants to grow into a full Financial Controller role in the future.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the site, including reporting, planning, and compliance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes (expenses, standard costing, and P&L) and present results to site and global stakeholders.
• Analyze actual results vs. plan/forecast, identify key drivers, and recommend corrective actions (expenses, COGS, CAPEX, headcount).
• Prepare and monitor key site financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support Sarbanes-Oxley control processes, asset verification, and audit activities.
• Partner with site teams to assess the financial impact of operational changes, product transfers, and investments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, productivity, and profitability.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 3–6 years of experience in Controlling or Finance in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of product costing and strong financial analysis skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Eager to take on broader responsibilities and grow into a full controller role.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).

Vous cherchez à donner un nouvel élan à votre carrière en finance ?
Nous recherchons un(e) Contrôleur Financier qui assumera les responsabilités de Site Controller pour notre site de production de Huningue.

Ce poste représente une excellente opportunité pour un profil disposant d’une solide expérience en contrôle de gestion industriel et souhaitant évoluer, à terme, vers un rôle complet de Financial Controller.

Vos responsabilités :

• Gérer les opérations financières quotidiennes du site : reporting, planification et conformité.

• Piloter les processus budgétaires et de prévisions (OPEX, standard costing, P&L) et présenter les résultats au management local et global.

• Analyser les écarts entre réel et budget/prévisions, identifier les principaux facteurs et proposer des actions correctives (dépenses, COGS, CAPEX, effectifs).

• Préparer et suivre les KPI financiers clés du site et fournir des analyses pertinentes à la direction.

• Contribuer aux processus de contrôle interne Sarbanes-Oxley, aux vérifications d’actifs et aux activités d’audit.

• Collaborer avec les équipes du site pour évaluer l’impact financier des évolutions opérationnelles, des transferts de produits et des investissements.

• Soutenir et promouvoir des initiatives d’amélioration continue visant à optimiser les processus, la productivité et la rentabilité.

Ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir (qualifications minimales) :

• Diplôme en Finance, Gestion ou domaine équivalent (MBA apprécié).

• 3 à 6 ans d’expérience en Finance / Contrôle de Gestion dans un environnement industriel.

• Connaissances en product costing et solides compétences en analyse financière.

• Esprit analytique, excellentes capacités de communication et de présentation.

• Forte motivation pour élargir vos responsabilités et évoluer vers un rôle complet de Financial Controller.

• Maîtrise de l’anglais (le français est un plus).
