The Payroll Manager oversees the complete payroll process for both field and office employees. This position is responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing, regulatory compliance, payroll reporting, and administration of payroll-related systems.

The role is particularly focused on construction payroll, including union employees, collective bargaining requirements, tax compliance, deductions, garnishments, and benefit contributions. The Payroll Manager also serves as a key resource for payroll technology, system improvements, automation, and process efficiency.
