Construction Accounts Payable Specialist

The Construction Accounts Payable Specialist provides accounting and administrative support for construction projects, with primary responsibility for invoice processing, job cost accuracy, reconciliations, and project billing support.

This position works closely with project managers, project accounting staff, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure financial information is accurate, properly documented, and processed on schedule. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and comfortable learning construction-specific accounting systems.
