- Partners with Project Managers Accounts Payable
- Add vendors, enter invoices and cut checks for Construction, Development and Mini Storage teams
- Verify budgets within job cost modules
- Distribute job cost reporting to key Construction leaders
- Prepare draws for HUD, Conventional Financing and Mini Storage jobs
- Document gathering for equity installments and preparation of draw for job closings
- Print and distribute A/P checks monthly per draw funding
- Prepare and record insurance risk monthly reporting
- Prepare and record payroll allocations
- Monitor building turns and Certificate of Occupancies
- Administer A/P check runs twice monthly
- Set up job files and coordinate new draws electronically
- Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience of 3 years in computerized accounting
- Strong Accounts Payable and Bookkeeping experience
- Outstanding attention to detail with regard to accounting figures, insurance and documents
- Experience with Yardi and Sage Intacct software highly preferred, not required
- Adaptable to a quick paced environment
