Qualifications:
Please submit your top 3 candidates only! This role is in-person and 40 hours a week. NUMERIC TYPING TEST IS REQUIRED; 95% - 97% Accuracy / 35-45 wpm – Intermediate results preferred. RESULTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WHEN SUBMITTING CANDIDATES. High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 Years Data Entry Experience preferred Key Attention to detail Technical aptitude, problem solving skills (ability to fully research and make sound, practical decision based off of research conducted)
Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance of Lockbox, ACH, and Credit Card payments.
- Operate and understand Accounts Receivable computer system.
- Analyze and resolve problems with customer accounts, communicate resolution to customer service to relay to customer.
- Assist with overall department tasks and workflow.
- Research and resolve issues from field representatives.
- Provide support to the Supervisor and perform necessary tasks as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned including special projects.
- Provide support to the Cash Team Lead when needed.
