INTERNAL FINANCE OVERVIEW:
- Accounts Receivable & Revenue – Develop an understanding of the billing and revenue structure. The primary function of this role will be to generate daily, monthly and quarterly invoices to clients.
- Travel reimbursement – Gain an understanding of the travel reimbursement system (Concur) and assist in the processing and monthly expense reporting.
- Creates and updates collections reports.
- Other general accounting tasks and projects as assigned.
- 2 years bookkeeping/accounting preferred.
- Detail oriented.
- Self-motivated and collaborative work skills.
- Systems knowledge: GL/Accounting software package (our package is Microsoft Dynamics GP); Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Concur, Salesforce.
