- Record day-to-day bookkeeping entries in QuickBooks
- Perform monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Clean up and reorganize the chart of accounts
- Review, correct, and recategorize historical transactions covering roughly the past 5 years
- Prepare and post journal entries (adjustments, accruals, corrections)
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and uncategorized items
- Maintain accurate, organized financial records across both entities
- Support additional ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed
