Bookkeeper/Accounting-Experienced
MUST BE ABLE TO DO ALL ASPECTS OF ACCOUNTING!!!!!!!!!!!

Must have a strong knowledge of accounting.
Prefer 2- 3 years' experience in maintenance of financial/banking records. 
Will perform bank reconciliations; make General Ledger entries; prefer experience in preparing Excel worksheets, account reconciliation and processing government forms.
Prefer an associate degree in accounting. 

This position will have a direct working relationship with all office and plant personnel including President and Vice-President.    
A pleasant phone voice is a must, as is the ability to speak clearly, ability to multi-task, accurate data entry and filing.   
Must be able to understand and carry out verbal and written directions. 
Must be able to recognize and maintain confidentiality of company information.  
Will work independently most of the time; will directly report to the Vice-President, however, will also assist in tasks as assigned by other accounting personnel. 

The candidate must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.  
Bi-lingual would be considered a plus.   

Pay for this position will be $17 – $20.00/hr.

We are a non-smoking facility; and our entire facility strictly adheres to CDC Guidelines on COVID 19.   
Hours are M-F 8:00a - 5:00p; 1 hour lunch. 
Must have professional appearance and be able to present to work with business casual dress, no blue jeans, Capri pants, leggings, no clothing with bare midriffs, tank-top/spaghetti strap, see-through blouses, low-cut tops, or short-skirts.
