We are looking for a meticulous, driven Accounting Specialist who knows dealership operations inside and out, wants to skip the corporate red tape, and wants to work in an environment that genuinely respects work-life balance and flexible schedules.

What You Will Actually Do

You’ll be the engine behind our financial and inventory accuracy. Your core mission will include:

• Mastering AP: Process invoices and manage vendor relationships with absolute precision.

• Driving Inventory Control: Stock in new inventory and ensure every vehicle record is bulletproof.

• Managing Floor Plans: Track, reconcile, and navigate dealership financing transactions smoothly.

• Handling Wholesale: Post wholesale vehicle sales and documentation seamlessly.

• Team Collaboration: Bring your expertise to support the broader accounting team as we scale.

What You Bring to the Table

We aren't training on the basics here; we need someone who can hit the ground running:

• The Experience (Non-Negotiable): Proven Franchise Dealership Experience is required for consideration.

• The Tech Stack: Deep familiarity with automotive accounting software; bonus points if you know your way around Tekion.

• The Eye for Detail: Laser-focused accuracy in data entry, financial reporting, and processing.

• The Gear Shift: Exceptional multi-tasking skills to glide through a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat.
