The Audit & Compliance Analyst position supports Klein Tools’ internal audit and global trade compliance programs by performing post-transaction audits and compliance testing. This role is responsible for assessing and monitoring the performance of internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence.  This position operates as an independent review function and does not perform transactional import activities. Job Qualifications

The Audit Analyst I position requires a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and is designed for entry-level professionals with 0–5 years of experience in auditing, finance, or compliance. Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a high level of attention to detail, integrity, and objectivity. The role requires the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across business functions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and modeling techniques, is required, while experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable. Preferred qualifications include exposure to international trade, customs brokerage operations, standard costing, ERP systems, and financial planning and analysis concepts. Familiarity with supply chain processes, Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification, customs valuation, and country-of-origin requirements is beneficial. Successful candidates will demonstrate key competencies in analytical thinking, accountability, collaboration, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
