Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Agent (Level 2) to join our T-7A Red Hawk Supply Chain Team in Berkeley, Missouri.Position Responsibilities:Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supplyPrepares and executes proprietary information agreementsSupports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreementsCommunicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performanceThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Shift:This position is for 1st shift.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):More than 1 year of experience in supplier management or supply chain managementPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree or higherMore than 1 year of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performanceMore than 1 year of experience negotiating directly with suppliersTypical Education/Experience:Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience.
