We are looking for an organized, efficient, and reliable entry level Accounts Receivable Clerk that is detail oriented. Accounts Receivable Clerks can expect to handle communication with customers and internal departments as well as assist with cash application.
Essential duties for this entry level position include:
Follow established procedures for posting customer payments daily
Being part of the department telephone group for inbound customer calls
Helping to identify and resolve customer issues
Complete monthly customer reminder calls for invoices
Creating and maintaining spreadsheet
Assist with research for credit requests and inquiries
Maintain professional working relationships with customers at all times
Protect company value by keeping information confidential
Provide assistance and support to the department as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualification/Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Strong customer service skills
Hours
Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
(This position is not available for remote work )
Pay range: $18.00 - $ 20.00 per hour
