Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position Objective

Complete all AR functions and provide accounting assistance company wide. 

Core Responsibilities

    4. The dynamic nature of the live events industry requires flexibility to work overtime, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, as dictated by project schedules and client needs.
  2. Create invoices, receive payments and follow-up on past due balances.
  3. Maintain customer tax exempt certificate file. 
  4. Facilitate account setup for new clients. 
  5. Maintain accounts on vendor portals as required. 
  6. Prepare and track intercompany invoices. 
  7. Maintain profit center specific databases with sales invoice information. 
  8. Provide custom reports and analyses as requested.
  9. Address process improvements as needed.

Ability to perform typical office tasks using a computer and phone in a typical office environment.
