Who we are looking for:
This position conducts day-to-day accounts receivable operational activities. The incumbent is responsible for issuing invoices and processing payments received into the ERP system; opening and maintaining customer accounts and monitoring credit; interacting with customers to ensure timely payment and/or resolution of any discrepancies regarding bills.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- 1-2 years’ experience in an accounting/bookkeeping role an asset.
- Related post-secondary education or credentials an asset (eg. Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, Supply Chain or electrical field training).
- Accounting Technician Certificate (ATC) from PBA Society of Canada or other related accounting credentials an asset.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft O365 Suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and/or experience with Epicor Prophet21 (P21) an asset.
- Full vaccination status is a requirement*
Compensation: $24.55 per hour
