Responsibilities:

· Manage workload for staff by ensuring workload is covered for all staff when there is time off taken.

· Cross train team members.

· Supervise staff to ensure timely processing of NPO invoices.

· Provide statistical numbers to management on a weekly basis as required.

· Identify process and or system issues and bring to the attention of management.

· Monitor daily incoming company tickets from vendors.

· Track employee time, approve timecards.

· Work with other areas of the IPC to ensure the processes are effective and all are working as a team.

· Work satisfactorily with internal and external customers.

· Consistently work towards meeting the IPC promise that all invoices are processed with 48 hours.

· Consistently work towards meeting the IPC promise that all Tickets are processed in 72 hours.

· Communicate to management solution-based recommendations for any failed processes.

· Ensure all expense reports are entered timely.

· Develops monitoring KPIs to drive continual department efficiencies.

· Determine root causes of late or missing invoices.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
· ERP experience
· 3 years Supervisory experience
· Ten Key by touch
· Proficient in Excel
· Must be a team player
· Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, detail, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
· SAP experience preferred
· General ledger experience Plus
