Currently looking for a qualified Accountant to join a growing manufacturing / consumer distribution business, and take on the role of Accounts Payable Supervisor (A/P). The successful Accountant will have at least 3 to 5 years of financial experience in the private sector working for a small to medium manufacturing or consumer goods company, a background in Accounts Payable, and financial systems skills.
Accounts Payable Supervisor (AP) Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in related field, BA in Accounting a plus
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in private industry is required, experience in Accounts Payable a plus.
- Accounts Payable Supervisor must have experience working in a manufacturing or distribution consumer goods business.
- Small to medium company experience is preferred with high growth or turnaround company tenure.
- Knowledge of financial systems skills would be extremely helpful.
- Experience with apparel ERP systems would be a plus.
Accounts Payable Supervisor (AP) Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Accounts Payable Department.
- Supervise loan agreements and employee advances.
- Accounts Payable Supervisor will manage EFT payment schedules.
- Administer the expense reimbursement process through for T&E.
- Address SG&A monthly variance analysis follow up questions
