- As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring efficient and accurate accounts payable processes.
- This role requires proficiency in generic financial software and strong leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise accounts payable functions and ensure timely month-end close.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements for efficiency.
- Lead and coach staff, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct analyses of staff workflow to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Handle urgent check requests and ensure compliance with approval processes.Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or equivalent education.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Core Technologies:
