Accounts Payable Specialist

We're partnering with a well-established financial services company in the heart of Aventura that is looking for a Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to join its collaborative accounting team. What You'll Do:

• Manage vendor onboarding, maintenance, and vendor communications
• Review and process invoices, ensuring proper approvals and timely payments
• Process ACH payments and wire transfers
• Monitor cash balances and assist with banking activities
• Prepare daily cash reports
• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and bank reconciliations
• Support the accounting team with additional bookkeeping and general accounting responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• 4+ years of Accounts Payable and general accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
