We're partnering with a well-established financial services company in the heart of Aventura that is looking for a Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to join its collaborative accounting team. What You'll Do:
- Manage vendor onboarding, maintenance, and vendor communications
- Review and process invoices, ensuring proper approvals and timely payments
- Process ACH payments and wire transfers
- Monitor cash balances and assist with banking activities
- Prepare daily cash reports
- Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Support the accounting team with additional bookkeeping and general accounting responsibilities
What We're Looking For:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- 4+ years of Accounts Payable and general accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
