What You'll Do As An Accounts Payable Specialist
Process and pay vendor invoices accurately and on time Respond to questions from vendors and team members regarding invoices and payments Follow up on vendor statements and resolve past-due invoices Maintain petty cash records Assist with the monthly accounts payable closing process Keep organized and accurate financial records
What We're Looking For In An Accounts Payable Specialist
High school diploma or equivalent required Strong math skills and attention to detail Clerical or office experience preferred Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Dependable, accurate, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team
