Key Responsibilities – Accounts Payable
- Ensure all payments are properly authorized and processed according to company policies
- Verify invoice and credit note accuracy in relation to general ledger accounts, taxes,
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Respond promptly to supplier inquiries
- Generate reports and perform accounts payable analysis
- Prepare data for weekly payment runs
- Conduct account research and reconciliation
Other Responsibilities
- Provide reports and analysis as requested by management
- Effectively manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems
Requirements
- Bilingual (French/English) – verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a dynamic, open-concept environment with shifting priorities
- Availability to work 40+ hours per week
