Morgan Auto Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our centralized AP team supporting multiple automotive dealerships throughout our organization.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong accounting professional who enjoys building processes, developing employees, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Lead a centralized Accounts Payable team serving multiple dealership locations.
- Oversee invoice processing, payment administration, and vendor management.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor obligations.
- Drive process improvements through AP automation and workflow tools.
- Partner with Controllers and operational leaders to resolve issues and improve service levels.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics and internal controls.
- Assist with month-end close and audit requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Prior supervisory or management experience.
- Strong understanding of AP controls and best practices.
- Experience in multi-location operations.
- Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
- AP automation experience preferred.
