Accounts Payable Clerk

This position is full time M-F with some Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

• Post invoices

• Reconcile statements

• Disburse checks

• Balance statements and finalize data 

• Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in system

• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks

• Scan accounting documents into scan software

• Daily Cash Reconciliation

• Other various accounting office duties as needed. 

Qualifications

• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and accounting platform

• Strong communication skills

• Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team 

• Accounting degree (preferred, not required)

• Have AR/AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)
