Prepares IRS tax forms 1099 MISC and 1099 NEC. Monitors and resolves uncashed checks. As the AP primary, trains and monitors personnel on AP processes. Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Required Skills: Strong organization skills to maintain AP volumes and provides administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses, and keeping a record of it all for tax purposes. Must have a high level of critical thinking and organizational skills to properly navigate through all levels of AP processes. Required Experience:Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience. Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of the Meditech EXPANSE System, proficient in Excel, 3 years of Healthcare AP experience.
