The Accounts Payable clerk will have responsibility for oversight and control of CTDI AP for the assigned verticals. This position will have responsibility for Accounts Payable and receivable regular reporting and analysis of reports. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as necessary.
This is a 6 month role covering for someone out on medical leave.
This is 100% onsite
Responsibilities
AP review and payment oversight via, wire transfer and other standard methods.
Reconcile AP balance sheet accounts
Resolve Inventory PO matching holds
Prepare monthly AP account reconciliations
Other responsibilities as assigned by Management
Additional responsibilities as required
Manage vendor communications desk.
Research supplier payments and Invoices.
Match invoices in Oracle
Correct issues within oracle
Work with the AP supervisor on Special projects
