Accounts Payable Clerk - Part Time

The ACE Consulting Group is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify a detail-oriented part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join their accounting team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is experienced with invoice processing and vendor communications.

What You'll Do as the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Perform three-way matching by verifying invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Research and resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
• Review, code, and accurately enter vendor invoices into SAP.
• Assist with weekly payment processing, including checks, ACH, and wire payments.
• Ensure all payment documentation is complete and properly maintained.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor payment inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding balances.
• Run basic SAP reports and maintain accurate vendor records.
• Support month-end Accounts Payable activities as needed.

You qualify for the Accounts Payable Clerk role if you have:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience performing three-way matching.
• Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Comfortable processing invoices and researching discrepancies.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting weekly deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills when working with vendors.
