We're looking for someone to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk who:

Under the direction of the A/P Manager, Accounts Payable Analyst will assist in general clerical duties as they relate to general accounting, cost accounting, auditing and bookkeeping functions.

Essential Functions:

• Collects invoices, packing slips, supply requisition forms and purchase orders, scans daily.
• Examining invoices for approval via e mail and entering paperless data using workflows, accounting platforms and double monitors.
• Reconciles invoices and purchase orders to vendor’s monthly statements.
• Checks statements from vendors and resolves discrepancies as necessary.
• Distributes costs to site and departments in accordance with Clinica Sierra Vista policies and procedures.
• Prepares payment for vendors. 
• Prepares any statistical reports needed.
• Participates in corporate and program audits.
• Performs other departmental duties as required. 
• Must process a minimum of fifty (50) invoices daily.
• Communicating with the manager in case of any technical glitches that won't allow the targets to be met.

Other Responsibilities:

• On a scheduled basis may be required to work at any Satellite Facility.
• Reasonable and predictable in person attendance. 
• Ability to work a varied schedule that may include Saturday.

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related major. 
• Understanding of General Accounting Principals.
• At least two (2) years’ experience with accounts payable.
• Ability to organize, compile and analyze data.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Office Programs. (Excel)
